We believe that learning that takes place in the classroom must have relevance to the lives of our students and the world in which they live. As such, at Raffles our students leave their classroom at least once a year to provide opportunity for the students to:
• Relate classroom learning to real life situations through meaningful activities
• Develop their confidence, sense of responsibility and leadership skills through team building activities
• Improve interpersonal skills as they collaborate with teachers and friends outside the classroom
• Gain a deeper understanding and applying their understanding to make the world a better place.

🌏 Learning Beyond the Classroom: Yogyakarta 2025 Recap! 🎓✨
From January 14–17, 2025, Secondary 3 students from Raffles Christian School Pondok Indah, Kelapa Gading, and Kebon Jeruk embarked on a transformative Learning Beyond the Classroom (LBC) journey to Yogyakarta! 🚆🏡
This immersive experience took our students beyond their textbooks and into real-world learning, where they:
✅ Visited local schools and villages to understand community challenges
✅ Engaged with residents to gain deeper insights into social and economic issues
✅ Developed and evaluated solutions to make a meaningful impact
From exploring Penting Sari to serving the local community, our students grew as global citizens, enriched their perspectives, and applied their knowledge to real-life situations. 🌱💡
